3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details updated. jp99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

4.1 All financial transactions on the jp99 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jp99 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).
4.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the jp99 Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the jp99 account holder. jp99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.6 jp99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to Members. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees over which jp99 has no control.
5.1 jp99 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable only upon completion of the applicable wagering requirements.
5.3 Members may only participate in each individual promotion once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bets placed after an event has concluded or during periods of suspended trading are void. 10.3 jp99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jp99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or inaccuracies on the Platform that are beyond jp99's reasonable control.
10.4 Gambling involves financial risk. jp99 does not guarantee winnings. All gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and are subject to mathematical probability. Members participate at their own risk.

12.2 If a Member does not agree to any amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jp99's operating jurisdiction.
